Each year, hundreds of abstracts are submitted to AOCS for consideration. The AOCS Program Committee and session chairpersons are charged with the difficult task of reviewing all abstracts and selecting the top submissions for inclusion in the annual meeting program.
Accepted abstracts honor the scientific and scholarly achievements of the presenters and help forward progress across a variety of industries and your abstract could be one of them!
Submission system
AOCS presenters, Program Committee members and session chairpersons use the online meeting programming system, CadmiumCD Abstract Scorecard to submit, view, review and edit abstracts for AOCS annual meetings.

Deadlines
Submit by January 15, 2021, for full consideration. All abstracts received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list and only reviewed if time and space permits.
Registration and Funding
All presenters must register and pay their registration fees by April 19, 2021. Registration will open in January 2021.
AOCS offers more than 40 opportunities for presenters at the AOCS annual meeting to gain recognition for their hard work and achievements in the form of professional and student awards as well as travel grants.

- February 1 is the submission deadline for the Junior Researcher and Student Travel Grants.
