Learn,
share, and discuss scientific and industrial progress related to all
aspects of fats and oils. The theme focuses on the debate over the
production of oils for use in foods versus their increased use in
biofuels. There will also be a joint full-day Omega-3 Symposium with the
Omega-3 Centre, highlighting the latest research on omega-3 oils. Abstracts must be submitted by September 20.
