Your Guide to the AOCS Annual Meeting and Expo

Whether you are a first time attendee or a seasoned veteran here are some tips for navigating the AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo.

1. Plan your Schedule in Advance -There are lots of things to do at the AOCS Annual Meeting. From the technical program to the exhibition, networking events and committee meetings, carefully planning your schedule can maximize your Annual Meeting experience.

All registered delegates should have received an email for the Itinerary Builder.
You can use the AOCS Itinerary Builder to:
  • Choose the sessions you want to attend and print the corresponding abstracts*
*NOTE: Printed abstract booklets will NOT be available at the 104td AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo so plan accordingly!

2. Note Special Programming -In addition to the quality program, the AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo also offers several additional opportunities to learn and network.

    The attire is business or business casual for all meeting events. Relaxed casual is acceptable for the optional city tour. Do not forget to bring comfortable shoes.

    Before you leave for Montréal, visit Annualmeeting.aocs.org/delegate and enter the code you received in your registration confirmation email. Preview and download abstracts, view the Program, decide what sessions or presentations to attend, and set your itinerary by using the Itinerary Builder. The list of registered delegates is available. Download your copy of the registration list and start networking now.
    In a responsible effort to encourage sustainability, all abstracts will be provided in electronic format only.
