The 104th AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo will host 62 sessions with over 450 oral presentations and 200+ poster presentations. With such a vibrant technical program it is difficult to pick just a few....but here are a selection that I think you might find intriguing.

With a brother in the military I have long been concerned about his nutritional status (care packages containing Vitamin D and Omega-3 supplements arrive at his base regularly). This is a session I would definitely enjoy attending.
